In-Home Euthanasia

Standard Hours

Base Fee: $330

Includes travel to your home if you are located within our regular coverage area, as well as a molded paw print, a fur clipping, a children’s book about pet loss (if applicable), and additional grief support materials.

Weekend & After Standard Hours (if available)

Base Fee PLUS $80 - $150

The additional after hours fee is based on your location, the nature of your request, and the flexibility of our schedule.

After Care Options

Private Cremation

$215 - For pets less than 50 pounds

$250 - For pets 50-80 pounds

Includes transportation of your pet, a polished cedar urn (2 styles to choose from), and hand delivery (if you are within our service area) or shipping (no additional fee) of your pet’s cremains (ashes) to your home.

For additional memorial items available from our crematory, please visit the Koefran catalog.

For pets over 80 pounds, please contact Heaven's Gate Pet Memorial Center, or another crematory of your choice.

Group Cremation

$130

Available for pets up to 80 pounds

Your pet will be cremated along with other beloved pets and their collective cremains (ashes) will be scattered on the private property of the crematory service in a beautiful wilderness area.

Virtual Consultation

$140

If you decide you would like an in-person Hospice/Pain Management Consultation after speaking with Dr. Chandler, your Hospice/Pain Management Consultation Fee will be reduced by $140.

Weekend & After Hours appointments are not available for virtual consultations.

Hospice/Pain Management Consultation

Initial Consultation: $400

Returning Hospice Care Visits: Starting at $150

Weekend & After Hours appointments are not available for hospice/pain management consultations or recurring visits.

Hospice/ Pain Management Ongoing Services

Acupuncture: $85 + Travel Fee

Laser Treatment: $75 + Travel Fee (reduced price if combined with acupuncture)

Travel Fee: $40 - $70

Extended Travel Fee: $80 (applied if you live outside of our normal coverage area)
