There is a Quality of Life Scale at the end of the brochure that many people have found useful for assessing how their pet is doing.
Euthanasia Planning
Veterinary Wisdom has free brochures and ebooks for planning for your pet’s euthanasia, as well as resources for supporting you through the decision making and grieving process. They also run a private Facebook group for grieving pet families that you can join to find support.
