These Terms and Conditions govern the use of services provided by Love Always Veterinary Care, a veterinary practice specializing in in-home euthanasia and hospice/pain management for pets. By utilizing our services, you agree to these terms.

Services Offered

Love Always Veterinary Care provides in-home veterinary services, including but not limited to euthanasia, hospice care, pain management, supported natural death, acupuncture, and related support services.

Service Eligibility and Requirements

Clients must be within our service area.

Pets must be legally owned by the person requesting the service.

A complete medical history of the pet may be required.

Appointment Policies

Appointments must be scheduled in advance.

We understand how difficult the roller coaster of end-of-life can be. There are no fees for cancellations as long as we have not left our facility to come to your home. If you choose to postpone or reschedule, please give us as much notification as possible so that we can make the time we have set aside for you available to another family. We cannot guarantee our availability for future appointments.

Love Always Veterinary Care is not an emergency service. If your pet has an emergency after hours, please contact your regular veterinarian or the nearest pet emergency facility.

Payment Terms

Payment is due at or before the time of service.

We accept various forms of payment, including cash, check, Venmo, debit, and credit cards

Pricing for services is subject to change and may differ from what is listed on our website.

Euthanasia and End-of-Life Care

We provide compassionate euthanasia services at our discretion, in accordance with ethical veterinary and personal standards.

Consent for euthanasia must be provided by the pet's legal owner.

The decision for euthanasia is made under veterinary guidance, considering the pet's quality of life.

Body Care and Memorial Services

Options for pet remains will be discussed prior to euthanasia.

We offer various memorial and aftercare services, subject to additional charges.

Privacy Policy

Client and patient information is confidential and will be handled as per our Privacy Policy.

Personal information will not be disclosed without consent, except as required by law.

Limitation of Liability

Love Always Veterinary Care is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services.

Liability is limited to the cost of the services provided.

Indemnification

Clients agree to indemnify and hold harmless Love Always Veterinary Care and its employees against all claims, damages, or expenses arising from the use of our services.

Changes to Terms and Conditions

We reserve the right to modify these terms. Continued use of our services following changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
